I’m now officially a No Limits Sports and Fitness Academy Follower. I’m addicted to their Spinning Classes and Boot Camp classes. You will walk out inspired, invigorated, and ready for the next class session. All the instructors are top notch and they care about their students. Give No Limits Sports and Fitness Academy a try and you won’t regret it.
I have been a member at No Limits since it opened in Signal Hill. They offer spinning and Bootcamp classes that push you to your limits. The equipment is innovative and always available. As for the owners and trainers, they are always willing to give advice and support you in your fitness goals. They are about their clients reaching success. The facility is clean and you never know what new piece of equipment you will find. I highly recommend giving this place a try.
No Limits is the place to train, workout, and push yourself to achieve all your fitness goals. I’ve been a member there for the past 2 months and have experienced nothing but the best motivation, advice, and training. Also I’m a self proclaimed neat freak (I’m that girl that brings her own Lysol Wipes) and finds the facility to be clean and well kept. In addition, this is the gym to join for Spinning! I’ve been spinning for the past 12 years and this gym has the BEST Spin instructors and Spin bicycles (nothing is every broken or worn). Whoever you are and whatever your fitness level is, just come. Just come and challenge yourself and you will experience what I have – a transformed body and tranformed life!
A really great place to get in shape! The spinning classes are awesome and all of the instructors are GREAT! The environment is super supportive, everyone is very friendly and full of encouragement. What ever your fitness goals are No Limits has everything you need to achieve your desired results.
What I really enjoy is the spin classes. Machines are the top of the line. Instructors not only make it a challenge but have awesome music that really gets you going.
The nutrition classes and personal trainers are fabulous! I have learned alot. I not only have made new friends but I know these people care about my health and well being. This is not some ordinary gym, this is a fitness family!!!
If you’re looking for Personal Training and everything you need to get a quality workout, then No Limits Sports and Fitness Academy is your place. I’ve been a Golds, 24-Hour member in the past and have spent a fair amount of time in other gyms over the years, so I have a pretty good feel for how different gyms stack up against each other. This gym is a fun place to train! They offer both a cardio and weight area but what sets this gym apart from all the others is the variety of workout equipment that other big gyms don’t have. They have tires, ropes, kettlebells, TRX, bands, sleds, Spinning bikes, Crossfit, and plenty of room to run. It’s a big kids playground.
No limits sports and fitness academy has definitely raised the bar in private studios in Signal Hill and the Long Beach area. Their new facility has tripled in space and offers a range of classes with awesome instructors!! Classes are offered in the morning for those who prefer to get their workout before starting their day and various options in the evenings for those of us who have an 8-5pm day. I absolutely love this place. Everyone is so personable and friendly, as a new comer I definitely felt welcomed!
If your looking for top of the line spinning class this is the place , excellent instruction and equipment is the best out there.
No Limits is a great neighborhood gym with quality workout equipment, clean surroundings, fresh air, and great trainers. The owners are personable, have wonderful positive energy, and take your fitness goals to heart.
I train with Hilda and she’s guiding me on my journey to lose weight, focus on proper nutrition, and exercise with proper technique. Each month my weight and body measurements are tracked (both less by the way). As a nutritionist, Hilda has created a manageable meal plan that fits my current lifestyle and set simple rules about eating I previously overlooked. By planning ahead my new diet is simple, tasty, and energizing. I’m constantly amazed with exercises she has me doing and the fact that I’m doing them. Hilda has me utilizing all areas of the gym and the sessions are far from boring. She carefully explains/shares each new exercise, body portions it’s targeting, and corrects my form. I really like the customized workouts that CHALLENGE me physically and mentally.
No Limits is the place to go if you want a great workout! Love the spin classes and great instructors!
I love the Zumba classes at No Limits! The instructors are very nice and classes are fun. I’ve lost 15 pounds since I began the classes.
