Private Training

A personal training “session” or “consultation” begins with an interested person filling out our online Questionnaire, upon which we receive and review; and then call or email that person to schedule our initial consultation. The questionnaire provides us with one’s medical and exercise history, along with some nutrition notes and lifestyle habits that we take into account to develop an individualized fitness program. We will further discuss fitness goals, and together design a weekly fitness program and schedule that fits your goals, personality, daily schedule, and present and desired fitness level.

Whether working with one of us 1 time or weekly, we will do everything we can to help you get the most out of your fitness program. We will help you define, refine, and achieve your fitness success. Use our services as much as you can or need to.

Bootcamp

You don’t have to be an athlete to benefit from the NO LIMITS Sports and Fitness Boot Camp! This class is designed for adults and teens and it’s a program where everyone will be trained and treated like an elite athlete.

Our goal is to offer training programs for anyone and everyone, regardless of age, gender, skill level, or athletic or fitness goals. This program will challenge you both physically and mentally and it’s performance training dedicated to helping you improve your Speed, Power, Strength, Endurance, Flexibility and Agility!

NO LIMITS Sports and Fitness Boot Camp runs 5- times a week, at 60-minute durations per session. It is conducted in our sports training facility and outdoors.

I firmly believe that we can help you be successful in achieving your fitness goals. Our coaches are passionate in helping you become a better athlete. As long as you are willing to be taught, as long as you are willing to commit to a training program, I think we can ensure your success.

Quality Instruction and Motivation: Although any workout with the phase ”Boot Camp” in it might sound intimidating, our Sports and Fitness Boot Camp focuses on discipline and intensity instead of pain and punishment. Our coaches are fitness experts who use an approach of encouragement and enthusiasm- not embarrassment-to pull the best performance possible out of every Boot Camper for every workout.

Challenging, Varied Workouts: Sessions are offered 5 days a week-but after a few sessions, you’ll quickly discover that adding a solid workout to your day is addictive. Your energy level will get a jump-start and you’ll burn extra calories throughout the day. Plus, we make sure you never get bored. Workouts are challenging but fun and change every day.

Additional Resources: Our coaches will follow up via phone or e-mail to check on your progress. In addition, our coaches are always on hand to answer questions, comments or concerns.

Youth Sports Performance

Improve performance in your child’s favorite sport by training for optimum results with No Limits Sports and Fitness Academy. We specialize in improving youth sports performance while balancing your child’s program to reduce the risk of injury. Sports skills training includes: speed, strength, agility, quickness, flexibility, balance, power and conditioning for all sports, including football, basketball, soccer, lacrosse, hockey, tennis, swimming, and martial arts.

Our goal is to provide a solid fitness foundation for each child by introducing the basic skills and concepts needed to achieve a healthy and active lifestyle. Providing a good athletic foundation is very important to your child’s development. Encouraging them to stay physically active can give your child an injury-free active lifestyle.

Our programs are designed for young athletes to build coordination, balance, strength, agility and confidence. Our nationally certified personal trainers/coaches work closely with each child to insure that all exercises and skills are performed safely and effectively.

Look to burn anywhere from 400-1000 calories in our 45-60 minute ride. The ride is intense but anyone is capable of completing the ride. We welcome beginners, hard-core cyclist, and everyone in-between.

Our goal at NO LIMITS Sports and Fitness Academy, is the utilize the entire body on the bike, bringing the Spinning® experience to a whole new training level. 45 minutes with our coaches is all it will take to free your mind and challenge your body. Our training sessions will give you such a NATURAL HIGH that you will keep coming back for more.

Class Descriptions

Strength Ride– Strength uses low cadence and high resistance (climbing) to build muscular strength and endurance.

Interval Ride- Interval focuses on anaerobic training.

Endurance Ride- Endurance is designed to help students build a strong aerobic base.

Race Day- Race Day simulates an intense “race” environment, allowing students to monitor training and gauge improvements in fitness.

Recovery- Recovery allows students to experience “active” recovery in the context of a periodization schedule.

Beginners Class- introduction class designed specifically for new participants. Class is 30 minutes long and covers bike set-up, safety and core movements. Gel seat will be provided for new comers.
