Private 1 on 1 Training

A personal training “session” or “consultation” begins with an interested person filling out our online Questionnaire, upon which we receive and review; and then call or email that person to schedule our initial consultation. The questionnaire provides us with one’s medical and exercise history, along with some nutrition notes and lifestyle habits that we take into account to develop an individualized fitness program. We will further discuss fitness goals, and together design a weekly fitness program and schedule that fits your goals, personality, daily schedule, and present and desired fitness level.

Whether working with one of us 1 time or weekly, we will do everything we can to help you get the most out of your fitness program. We will help you define, refine, and achieve your fitness success. Use our services as much as you can or need to.

ATTENTION PERSONAL TRAINERS

No Limits Sports and Fitness Academy welcomes freelance personal trainers to use our facility and train your own clients. Instead of working for franchise gyms and getting under paid, this is an opportunity for you to increase your income. The price of your services to your clients does not reflect the cost to use the facility. If you have the drive and determination or just get approached by clients, this option is for you. By appointment you can rent the facility for your sessions. We provide the option of paying per session or per month per client. Book in your sessions today!
