We offer diet coaching for bikini competitors designed to help competitors get into the best shape and help achieve thier competitive goals. Every program is tailored to each individual and all competitors are closely monitored each week throughout the entire dieting process. Each program includes very specific dietary instructions, cardio and workout routines.

Figure Coaching

Hilda offers several coaching programs for figure competitors who are preparing for competition. Each program is tailored to suit your specific body and your lifestyle.Hilda monitors your progress each week via phone conference or in person and makes any necessary changes so that you come in optimal shape for your figure competition.

Personal

Training

A personal training "session" or "consultation" begins with an interested person filling out our online Questionnaire, upon which we receive and review; and then call or email that person to schedule our initial consultation. The questionnaire provides us with one's medical and exercise history, along with some nutrition notes and lifestyle habits that we take into account to develop an individualized fitness program. We will further discuss fitness goals, and together design a weekly fitness program and schedule that fits your goals, personality, daily schedule, and present and desired fitness level.

Bootcamp
